We deliver almost all over Kerala and you can confirm our service availability by using the option "Check Gift Availability by Recipient Location", which can be found in the left side of all pages. Service locations are based on District and Post office. If your locations are not available please send us an email and we will let you know the different possibilities of delivering the gifts and we will make all effort to cover that location permanently in the future. You can always contact us for custom orders.

Select your Gift

Once the user selects the 'Recipient Location', system will display all the available gifts that can be delivered in that location. The availability of gifts can vary from location to location.

Place an Order

GiftTokerala.com accepts orders for next day and will deliver on time. All dates are based on Indian standard time (IST). Users have the option to place personalized message for the recipient and that makes the gift more special. GiftToKerala.com is completely Secure and use data encryption especially when making data transfers(Please note "https" in the address bar).

If you don't have a credit/debit card or your card information get rejected during check out please transfer the bill amount to following account and inform us through email/whatsapp/phone. We will accept the copy of remittance as proof of payment and will process your order. You have to complete the order until checkout process with all required information.

Track an Order

Once successfully placed an order, user will receive an order confirmation email with all details pertaining to the order. This email contains a link to track the order using the tracking number provided on completion of the order. User can find their order status in all stages and will notify through emails once the gift is delivered at the recipient location. If the user have any concerns, they can always reach our customer service representative at any time for any help.
