All Gifts are shipped by our dedicated delivery personals from our offshore partners, if we cannot meet a delivery date we will normally notify you before you complete your order or later using the communication method provided during the registration. Gifttokerala.com will ship all orders based on the customers’ requirements and we will notify you as soon as our representative make the delivery.

Substitution of a Gift

Certain times a gift shown might be out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute the basket of similar size to hold the same products that was chosen.

Refund/Return Policy

All gifts are delivered in person and our delivery person confirms the secure delivery of your gift to the recipient. In the event of any damage to your gift a full refund will be issued, provided you notify the damage to the delivery person before he/she leaves the place. We have a 100% percent customer satisfaction guaranteed. If you or your recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order please contact our customer service department immediately to ensure a prompt exchange or refund. If the customer didn't provide recipient's reachable phone number in Kerala
If the customer didn't provide recipient's correct address
If the recipient is not present at given address.
If the customer rejected the gift / the authority not permitted to deliver the gift
If the recipient is not responding to the phone calls from gifttokerala.com on the delivery date
If the customer failed to respond to gifttokerala.com communications(if necessary) on the delivery date
If the customer didn't provide correct contact information including phone number and email address
